When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Truffe & Co reserves the right to accept or refuse your order, at its discretion. Your order is only considered accepted after written confirmation from Truffe & Co. We must receive and process your payment before your order is validated. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. In the event your order is refused, modified or cancelled, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided when ordering.

Your purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy, as well as the right of withdrawal applicable to customers in the European Union.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the one in effect at the time of the order and indicated in the confirmation email. Our prices are shown inclusive of tax. For orders outside Switzerland, any local customs or import fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that: (i) your payment method information is accurate, (ii) you are authorized to use it for the purchase, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred at the displayed prices, including shipping costs and all applicable taxes.

All delivery times indicated are estimates and are not guaranteed. We accept no liability for delays caused by carriers, customs formalities or any event beyond our control. As soon as the products are handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you.

Truffe & Co is powered by Shopify, which allows us to provide you with the Services. Any sale or purchase made in our store is carried out directly with Truffe & Co. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Truffe & Co. You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claim arising from your purchase and transaction with Truffe & Co.
