Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email us at contact@truffeco.com with your order number. We will let you know how to proceed.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.

Refunds: once we have received and inspected your return, we will confirm it by email. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Defective or damaged items: contact us immediately with a photo. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, shipping included.

Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

If you reside in the European Union, you also have a legal period of 14 days from the date you receive your order to withdraw, without having to give a reason.

To exercise it, email us at contact@truffeco.com or use the form below. We will refund all amounts paid no later than 14 days after receiving your request, using the same payment method.

Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused.
