If you live in the European Union, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, copy the form below, fill it in and send it to contact@truffeco.com. We will confirm the procedure by email within 24 to 48 hours.

What happens next

Refund
We will refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receipt of your request. The refund will be made using your original payment method.

Product return
Depending on the nature of the product, we may either ask you to return it to us, or proceed directly with the refund without return. We will inform you of the procedure by email after receiving your request.

If a return is requested
You have 14 days after informing us to return the item. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item is defective, damaged or non-compliant - in which case, we will cover all costs.

Defective or non-compliant item

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, if you receive a defective, damaged or different item from your order, write to us within 30 days at contact@truffeco.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send you a new product free of charge or give you a full refund.
