Shipping costs
Shipping is free, both within Switzerland and the European Union (France, Belgium and other EU countries), with no minimum order.

Processing times
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 working days after payment is received.

Delivery times
Allow 7 to 14 working days on average depending on your zone. Times may vary according to availability and period (holidays, high demand).

Order tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Prices, taxes and customs
Our prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR) depending on your delivery country. For orders delivered outside Switzerland (France, Belgium, EU), customs duties, import VAT or handling fees may be applied by local authorities when the parcel is received. These charges are payable by the recipient.
